Mayor Valente called the Regular Session to order at 7:30 p.m. ROLL CALL
All members of the Council were present except Councilman Mundt
who arrived at 7:33 p.m. All members of the staff were present.
Mayor Valente gave the invocation and President Pro Tem Nolan led .INVOCATION &
the Council and the public in the Pledge of Allegiance to the PLEDGE OF

President Pro Tem Nolan moved that Bill No. 474 entitled: BILL 474
PLACED ON
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, SECOND READING
AMENDING SECTION 19-18 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH
CODE BY CHANGING THE HOURS WHEN USE OF LAWN SPRINKLING WHICH
AFFECTS PUBLIC SIDEWALKS TO CERTAIN TIMES BOTH BEFORE AND
AFTER PUBLIC SCHOOL SESSION HOURS
be placed on second reading and read by title alone. The motion
was seconded by Vice Mayor Moore and passed unanimously.
President Pro Tem Nolan moved that Bill No. 474 be adopted as BILL 474
Ordinance No. 18-85. The motion was seconded by Councilman Marks ADOPTED AS
and passed unanimously. ORD. 18-85
President Pro Tem Nolan moved that Bill No. 475 entitled: BILL 475
PLACED ON
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, SECOND READING
AMENDING CHAPTER 2-176 (d) OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH CODE
be placed on second reading and read by title alone. The motion
was seconded by Councilman Mundt and passed unanimously.
Vice Mayor Moore moved that Bill No. 475 be adopted as Ordinance BILL 475
No. 19-85. The motion was seconded by President Pro Tem Nolan ADOPTED AS
and passed unanimously. ORD. 19-85
