Absent: Al Moore, Vice Mayor
Harriet Nolan, President Pro Tem
Thomas Yeager, Village Attorney
Mayor Marks called the Public Hearing to order at 7:15 p.m. All
members of the Council were present except Vice Mayor Moore and
President Pro Tem Nolan. All members of the staff were present
except the Village Attorney.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear the comments of the
public concerning Bill No. 447, a proposed ordinance amending the
uses permitted in CB Zoning to allow Bakery Shop, Retail; Candy
Shop, Retail; Cigar/Tobacco Shop; Seamstress; Shoe Repair Shop;
Tailor Shop; and to eliminate the use in CB Zoning of Hotels,
Motels and Time Share Units.
Legal notice of the Public Hearing was published in The Post on
June 19 and June 29, 1984 and was posted according to law.
There were no comments from the public or the Council at the
Public Hearing.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the
Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:17 p.m.
