A. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC, PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS
Members of the public may address the Council concerning items on the Consent Agenda or any
non - agenda item under Statements from the Public. Time Limit: 3 minutes
Members of the public who wish to speak on any item listed on the Regular Session or Workshop Session
Agenda will be called on when the issue comes up for discussion. Time Limit: 3 minutes
Anyone wishing to speak should complete a Public Comment Card (on the table at back of Council Chambers)
and submit it to the Village Clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting.

D. CONSENT AGENDA The Consent Agenda is for the purpose of expediting issues of a routine or
pro -forma nature. Councilmen may remove any item from the Consent Agenda, which would automatically
convey that item to the Regular Agenda for separate discussion and vote.
1. Receive for file Minutes of the Library Advisory Board meeting held 6/28/16
2. Receive for file Minutes of the Recreation Advisory Board meeting held 7/12/16
Recommendation: "Recommend to Village Council the attached Anchorage Park Phase II
conceptual plan with the changes" and to "retain the parking along the north side of the
entrance road and install a boat wash station in the dry storage area ".

RESOLUTION — SECOND AMENDMENT TO CROSS PARKING AGREEMENT WITH
FIRST UNITARIAN CHURCH — TABLED 6/9/16 Consider a motion to adopt a proposed
resolution approving a new Cross Parking Agreement with First Unitarian Church for an
annual payment of $5,700.00, terminating the prior agreement on July 31, 2016 and
authorizing execution of the new agreement.

2. RESOLUTION — TENTATIVE MILLAGE RATE Consider a motion to adopt a proposed
resolution adopting a tentative millage rate of 7.3300 mils for fiscal year 2016 -2017 and
establishing the date and time of the first hearing on the tentative budget and proposed
millage rate.

3. RESOLUTION — SUPPORTING MEASURES TO ALLEVIATE HARMFUL DISCHARGES
TO COASTAL ESTUARIES Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution urging
expedited planning of water storage south of Lake Okeechobee and purchase of Everglades
Agricultural Area land to alleviate harmful discharges and algal blooms in coastal estuaries
including the Lake Worth Lagoon.

4. RESOLUTION — HEALTH & DENTAL INSURANCE PROPOSALS FROM UNITED
HEALTHCARE AND HUMANA Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution accepting
the proposals of United Healthcare to provide health insurance and Humana to provide dental
insurance to Village employees and authorizing cancellation of existing policies.
