Mayor Marks called the Public Hearing to order at 7:00 P.M. ROLL CALL
A11 manbers of the Council and staff were present except
the Village Attorney who arrived at 7:04 p.m.
The purpose of-this Public Hearing is to hear the camnents of PURPOSE OF
the public concerning the following proposed ordinances PUBLIC IiEAR~IG
relative to MacArthur Beach State Recreation Area:
A. Bi11 No. 390 - An ordinance of the Village of North Palm
Beach, Florida, rezon'n; the MacArthur BeacTi State
Recreation Area located between the east shores of Lake
Worth and the Atlantic Ocean from Zonuzg District R-1
to Zoning District P-Public.
B. Bill No. 392 - An ordinance of the Village of North Palm
Beach, Florida, amending Chapter 45-19 (B) of the Village
Code by filing authority for the Village Council to reg-

ulate the types and length of time of uses of buildings and
land publicly owned and used in the performance of a public
function in any zoning district in the Village.
C. Bi11 No. 393 - An ordinance of the Village of North Palm
Beach, Florida, amending Section 45-35 of the Village Code
by permitting uses in the P-Public District to be extended
to govP*-~~+~+tal agencies other than. the Village GovP+~+~~+t.
D. Bi11 No. 394 - An ordinance of the Village of North Palm
Beach, Florida, amending Chapter 45 of the Village Code
by repealing Sectian 45-21, Oceanfront Land in R-1
District.

Nolan, all present voting aye, the Public Hearing was
