Vice Mayor Broom called the Public Hearing to order at 7:00 p.m. ROLL CALL
All members of the Council Were present except Councilmen Marks,
wino arrived at 7:01 p.m. and Mayor'Moore who.is on vacation..
All members of the staff were present except the Village Attorney.
The purpose o£ the Public Hearing is to hear the caanents of the
public concerning the proposed 1982-83 operating budget, in-
cluding Federal Revenue Sharing Fuaicls.
Legal notice of this Public Hearing was published in The Post
on September 20, 1982 and was posted according to law.
There were no camients fry the public or the Council at this
Public Hearing.
There being.no further business. to come before the Council, on
motion of Councilman Marks, seconded by President Pro T~
Nolan, aII present voting aye, the Public Hearing was ad-
journed at 7:02 p.m.
