Mayor Moore called the Regular Session to order at 7:32 p.m. ROLL CALL
All menbers of the Council and staff were present.
Councilman Marks gave the invocation and Mayor Moore led the INVOCATION

Counci]man Valente moved that the Minutes of Regular Session APPROVAL OF
