Mayor Marks called the Regular Session to order at 7:30 p.m. ROLL CALS~

Mayor Marks gave the invocation and Councilman Moore led the INVOCATION &

Cotmci_lman Moore moved that we instruct the Public Works SIGN RE STRAY GOLF

This motion was made after CoLmcil's discussion conc~~ng
the "errant golf ball" hazards on the tecmis courts and to
players approaching the tennis clubhouse from the parking
lot.

On motion of Councilwoman Nolan, seconded by Vice Mayor

On motion of Councilwoman Nolan, seconded by Vice Mayor Valente,
all present voting aye, proposed Resolution No. 14-82 entitled:

Councilwom<roi Nolan moved that w~ authorize the Mayor to execute
that certain Agreement between the Village and Peter Finlaysan
to lease the driving range at the North Palm Beach Country Club,
with the corrections that were made at this meeting, The motion
was seconded by Counci.lxnan Moore for discussion and failed 2-2,
with Mayor Niarkc and Cotmcilwoman Nolan voting aye, and Vice
Mayor Valente and Councilman Moore voting nay.
Councilwoman Nolan moved that we approve aone-third page
Program Book advertisement for the North Palm Beach Youth
Activities Association, Inc., in an amount not to exceed
$25.00, to be expended from Account No. 11-511-48.10
(Advertising). The motion was seconded by Vice Mayor
Valente and passed 3-1, with CoLUCilman Moore opposed.
CotmcilTilaTl Moore moved that we do not hire Lorne W. Hums-
berger, CPA, (to investigate the rate increase application
o£ Perry Cable TV). The motion was seconded by Vice Mayor
' Valente for discussion and passed unaninnusly.
There being no further business to come before the Council,
on motion of Vice Mayor Valente, seconded by Councilwoman
Nolan, all present voting aye, the meeting was adjounrued
at 9:55 p.m.
