Mayor Moore called the Regular Session to order at 7:30 p.m. ROLL CALL
All members of the Council-and the staff were present.
Councilman Valente gave the i~ocation and President Pro Tem INVOCATION &
Nolan. led the Council and the public in the Pledge of Allegiance PLEDGE OF
to the Flag, ALLEGIANCE
On motion of-President Pro Tem Nolan, seconded by Councilman APPROVAL OF

Beach, the Village Council instructed the Village Clerk to send
a Council Action Form to Margaret Turney, Chairperson of the
Recreation Advisory Board, info+~*++' ~ her that Council, by
majority vote, decided not to have any use fees for the facili-
ties in North Palm Beach for-the fiscal year 1982-83,
