of the public concerning the foll~nring proposed ordinance
relative to amendments to the Comprehensive Plan of the Village
of North Palm Beach:

Bi11 No. 404 - An ordinance of the Village of North
Palm Beach, Florida, adopting an amcn~nant to the
Comprehensive Plan for the Village of North Palm Beach
in accordance with the recf+;rements of the Local
Governu~nt Comprehensive P1an11YTlg Act of 1975 (Chapter
163, Florida Statutes).
Legal notice of the Public Hearing was published in The Post
an August 7, 1982 and was posted according to law.

There were no counts from the public or the Council on the
proposed ordinance listed above.
There being no further buisiness to come before the Council,
on motion of President Pro Tem Nolan, seconded by Vice
Mayor Brown, all present voting aye, the Public Hearing
was adjouaned at 7:05 p.m.
