Mayor Marks called the Regular Session to order at 7:30 p.m. ROLL CALL
A11 members of the Council were present except Councilman
Moore, who arrived at 7:35 p.m.
Vice Mayor Valente gave the ixsvocation and Mayor Marks led INVOCATION &
the Council and the public in the Pledge of Allegiance to PLEDGE OF
the Flag. ALLEGIANCE

President Pro Tem Brown unved that we accept the recommendation CC AD. BD.
of the Country Club Advisory Board that a new administrative RECOPM~IDA
rule be promulgated providing that any membership which was ACCEPTED
being billed on a quarterly basis and is delinquent for 30 days,
the full year's dues are then due and payable upon notice to
the member, and that non-paytrent of that bill within 30 days
after notice will result in the suspension of all privileges.
The motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Valente and all present
voted aye.
Vice Mayor Valente moved that we accept the recommendation CC AD. BD.
of the Country Club Advisory Board that the Council take RECON~IDATION
necessary action to have an appropriate "BOAT SLOW DOWN" sign ACCEPTID
placed on the south bank of the waterway near the second green
of the course in the interest of protecting the north boundary
of the second fairway, and in cooperation with the Yacht C1vb
Drive Civic Association which is sponsoring the signs from the
U. S. 1 bridge along the waterway to the south. The motion
was seconded by Councilwoman Nolan and all present voted aye.
On motion of Councilwoman Nolan, seconded by Councilman RES. 45-81
Moore, all present voting aye, proposed Resolution No. 45-81 ADOPTED

RENOVATIONS)
was read in full and adopted as read as Resolution No. 46-81.
Vice Mayor Valente moved that we approve the posting of
"Neighborhood Crime Watch" signs. The motion was seconded
by Councilwoman Nolan and all present voted aye.
Vice Mayor Valente moved that we charge off old tmcollectible
accounts at the North Palm Beach Country Club. The motion
was seconded by Councilwoman Nolan anal all present voted
aye. (A copy of these accounts is attached to the minutes
of this meeting).
' Councilwoman Nolan moved that we approve the purchase of 29
filter element covers for the country cluab pool in the aununt
of $2,552.00 to be expended from Account No. 62.4-572-63.10
(Pool Assessment - Pool Repairs). The motion was seconded
by President Pro Tem Brown and all present voted aye.
There being no further business to come before the Council,
the meeting was adjourned at 8:35 p.m.
