Mayor Marks called the Regular Session to order at 7:30 p.m.
A11 members of the Council and staff were present.
Vice Mayor Valente gaue the invocation and Councilwoman Nolan
led the Council and the public in the Pledge of Allegiance to
the Flag.
The minutes of Regular Sessian held Thursday, March 26, 1981
stand as prepared.
Mayor Marks read and signed Proclamation on Victim Rights
Week -- the week of April 20-26, 1981.

Cotmcilman Moore moved that we increase the salaries for school SCHOOL CROSSING

pended from Account No. 61-519-99.11 (Cotmcil Contingency). The
motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Valente and all present voted
aye.
' President Pro Tem Brown moved that we accept for file the special
engagement from Ernst & Whismey in coxmection with the resignation
of Donald D. Detsch, Finance Director, on October 2/+, 1980. The
motion was seconded by Councilma~i Moore and all present voted aye.
There being no further business to comma before the Cotmcil, on
motion of Councilman Moore, seconded by Cotmcilwvman Nolan,
all present voting aye, the meeting was adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
