Mayor Marks called the Special Session to order at 7:59 p.m.
A11 members of the Council were present.
The reason for calling this Special Session this date was
because the business at hand could not wait until Council`s
Regular Session of October 23, 1980.
On motion of Councilman Brown, seconded by President Pro Tem
Valente, all present voting aye, proposed Resolution No.
52-80 entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THEE BID OF GOODBRAND REFRIGERATION
SERVICE FOR ONE TFRJ-DOOR REACH-IN FRF'F'~z IN THE AMOUNT
OF $1,842.73 FR~I ROF ACCOUNT N0. 61.1-581-62.12
(KITCHEN RENOVATION)
was read in full and adopted as read as Resolution No. 52-80.
There being no further business to come before the Council,
on motion of President Pro Tem Valente, seconded by Council-
woman Nolan, all present voting aye, the meeting was adjourned
at 8:04 p.m.
