A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, DECLARING TWO CUSHMAN GAS
UTILITY VEHICLES AS SURPLUS PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING
THEIR DISPOSAL; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Village Administration is recommending the surplus of two 2013 Cushman Hauler
gas utility vehicles formerly utilized by the Country Club; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council has the authority to dispose of surplus items of personal
property in any manner so long as it acts in good faith and in the best interests of the Village; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council determines that the adoption of this Resolution is in the best
interests of the Village and its residents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recitals are ratified as true and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council hereby declares the following equipment as surplus personal
property and authorizes the disposal of such equipment in accordance with Village policies and
procedures:
One (1) 2013 Cushman Hauler 800 Gas Utility Vehicle (Serial: 2844791)
One (1) 2013 Cushman Hauler 800 Gas Utility Vehicle (Serial: 2844793)
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
