A. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC, PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS
Members of the public may address the Council concerning items on the Consent Agenda or any
non - agenda item under Statements from the Public. Time Limit: 3 minutes
Members of the public who wish to speak on any item listed on the Regular Session or Workshop Session
Agenda will be called on when the issue comes up for discussion. Time Limit: 3 minutes
Anyone wishing to speak should complete a Public Comment Card (on the table at back of Council Chambers)
and submit it to the Village Clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting.

RESOLUTION — AMENDMENT TO GROUNDS / ATHLETIC FIELDS MAINTANENCE
CONTRACT Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving an Amendment to
the Contract with Precision Landscape Company of Palm Beach County, Inc. for Grounds
and Athletic Field Maintenance to modify the scope of work and total annual compensation; and
authorizing execution of the Amendment.

2. RESOLUTION — BLANKET PURCHASE ORDER FOR TROPICAL BODY SHOP, INC.
Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving a blanket purchase order to
Tropical Body Shop, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $7,275.00 for truck body maintenance
and restoration services utilized by the Public Works Department.

3. RESOLUTION — COUNTRY CLUB POOL REPAIRS Consider a motion to adopt a
proposed resolution accepting the proposal submitted by Perk Construction to perform
repairs to the Country Club pool at a total cost not to exceed $18,150.00.

4. RESOLUTION — WATER CLUB PUD BOUNDARY PLAT Consider a motion to adopt a
proposed resolution approving a boundary plat for the Water Club Planned Unit Development.

If a person decides to appeal any decision by the Village Council with respect to any matter considered at the Village Council meeting,
he will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is
made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (F.S. 286.0105). In accordance with
the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person who may require special accommodation to participate in this meeting should contact
the Village Clerk's office at 841 -3355 at least 72 hours prior to the meeting date.
This agenda represents the tentative agenda for the scheduled meeting of the Village Council. Due to the nature of governmental duties
and responsibilities, the Village Council reserves the right to make additions to, or deletions from, the items contained in this agenda.
