3. RESOLUTION 2016 -14 APPOINTING COUNCIL OFFICERS Consider a motion to adopt
Resolution 2016 -14, a proposed resolution appointing certain officers of the Village.

Members of the public may address the Council concerning items on the Consent Agenda or any
non - agenda item under Statements from the Public. Time Limit: 3 minutes
Members of the public who wish to speak on any item listed on the Regular Session or Workshop Session
Agenda will be called on when the issue comes up for discussion. Time Limit: 3 minutes
Anyone wishing to speak should complete a Public Comment Card (on the table at back of Council Chambers)
and submit it to the Village Clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting.

D. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND QUASI - JUDICIAL MATTERS
PUBLIC HEARING AND 2ND READING OF ORDINANCE 2016 -05 — LAND AND WATER
CONSERVATION FUND GRANT Consider a motion to adopt and enact on second reading
Ordinance 2016 -05 approving a Grant Agreement with the FL Dept. of Environmental Protection
for the receipt of Land and Water Conservation Fund Program grant funds for the Anchorage Park
Improvement Project; amending the FY 2016 General Fund Budget to appropriate $200,000
to provide matching funds; and authorizing execution of the agreement.
ACTION
E. CONSENT AGENDA The Consent Agenda is for the purpose of expediting issues of a routine or
pro -forma nature. Councilmen may remove any item from the Consent Agenda, which would automatically
convey that item to the Regular Agenda for separate discussion and vote.

F. OTHER VILLAGE BUSINESS MATTERS
RESOLUTION — 2015 COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT Consider a
motion to adopt a proposed resolution accepting the Comprehensive Annual Financial report
prepared by the Auditor for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2015 and authorizing filing
of the report with the State.
ACTION
2. RESOLUTION — HERITAGE DAY AMUSEMENT RIDES Consider a motion to adopt a
proposed resolution accepting the proposal of Big Fun, Inc. for the 2016 Heritage Day
Amusement Rides at a total cost not to exceed $41,100.00; and authorizing execution of
the agreement.
