Mayor Love called the Regular Session to order at 7:30 ROLL CALL

Mayor-Love informed the group that Old Port Cove was not AT OLD PORT
building a bulkhead. They were building erosion control COVE
structures. He stated that the Florida Inland Navigational
District had directed Old Port Cove to build these erosion
control structures because it would be a definite navi-
gation hazard if they were not built. He also informed
them that the plans presented by Old Port Cove for these
erosion control structures had been reviewed and approved
by our Village Engineer, Village Attorney and Building
Official before a permit was issued.
On motion of Vice Mayor Marks, seconded by Councilman
Kazimir, all present voting aye, the following minutes

HOUSING CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PAIM BEACH

On motion of Councilman Brown, seconded by Councilman BILL 274
Kazimir - 4 to 1, with Councilman Moore opposed - ADOPTED AS
Bill No. 274 was adopted as Ordinance No. 14-77. ORD. 14-77
Councilman Brown moved to amend the agenda by moving ITEM MOVED
the Resolution awarding bid for the recreation building FROM WORK-
at Osborne Park from the workshop agenda to the regular SHOP AGENDA
agenda. The motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Marks TO REGULAR
