become the second paragraph of Article III, Section 3,
and the following section numbers shall be renumbered
to run consecutively. The motion was seconded by Vice Mayor

The Village Council considers an emergency to exist
necessitating the passage of this ordinance with less

it important to have it on the next General Election
Ballot for March 16, 1976, and to wait the remaining_
advertised time would not give sufficient notice to the
public for the election.
Thereafter Council voted on the main motion which
passed unanimously. Therefore, Bi]1 No. 240 was
adopted as amended as Ordinance No. 1-76.
