Time Limit: 3 minutes B. DECLARATION OF EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS C. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND QUASI -J UDICIAL MATTERS 1ST READING OF ORDINANCE 2008-19 – CODE AMENDMENT – REQUIREMENTS 1. FOR COLLECTION OF RESIDENTIAL YARD WASTE – TABLED ON 11-13-08 Consider a motion to adopt on first reading Ordinance 2008-19, amending Chapter 14, Health and Sanitation of the Code of Ordinances to establish requirements for collection of residential yard waste, provide for registration, enforceability, and assessment of costs. ADJOURNMENT If a person decides to appeal any decision by the Village Council with respect to any matter considered at the Village Council meeting, he will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. This agenda represents the tentative agenda for the scheduled meeting of the Village Council.
