Mayor Colbath called the Regular Meeting to order at
8:00 p.m. All members of the Council were present.
Councilman Gr€eley gave the invocation and Vice Mayor
Love led the Council and the public in the Pledge of
Allegiance to the Flag.
On motion of Councilman Greeley, seconded by Councilman
Heraty, all present voting aye, the minutes of Regular
Meeting held Thursday, February 27, 1975 were approved
as written.
On motion of Councilman Heraty, seconded by Councilman
Greeley, all present voting aye, the following minutes
were accepted by the Council:

On motion of Councilman Greeley, seconded by Vice Mayor BD. OF GOV.
Love, all present voting aye, that if during the course RECOMMENDATION
of a membership year a member of the North Palm Beach
Country Club moves out of the Village that the membership
be continued for the balance of the fiscal year at the
rate as it was under the contract.
Regarding the recommendation of the Board of Governors
that underground conduit be installed for the electrical
service from the rest room adjacent to the 7th tee to the
beginning of the tree line between the 3rd and 6th fairway,
Vice Mayor-Love moved that we take the telephone pole
down and that the underground wires be run back. The _
motion died for lack of a second.

NORTH PALM BEACH CODE BY CREATING THE DEPARTMENT
OF COUNTRY CLUB ACTIVITIES AS PART OF THE AD-
MINISTRATIVE SERVICE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, SETTING FORTH THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
OF THE COUNTRY CLUB DIRECTOR; AMENDING CHAPTER 10.5
OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH CODE BY REPEALING
THE OFFICE OF COUNTRY CLUB MANAGER

On motion of Vice Mayor Love, seconded by Councilman
Heraty, all present voting aye, Bill No. 220 entitled
AN ORDINANCE OF-THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 41 OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH CODE BY AMENDING LANDSCAPING
REQUIREMENTS SO THAT IN INSTANCES WHERE ONE
TREE IS REQUIRED FOR A CERTAIN NUMBER OF LINEAL
FEET, THE LOCATION OF SAID TREES MAY BE ANYWHERE
WITHIN THE GIVEN AREA AND NEED NOT BE AT EQUAL

TURF FOR TWO GREENS MOWERS WITH ATTACHMENTS IN
THE AMOUNT OF $7,292.20
was read in full and adopted as read as Resolution
No. 10-75.
On motion of Councilman Heraty, seconded by Council-
man Greeley, all present voting aye, proposed Resolu-
tion 11-75 entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, CREATING A TENNIS ADVISORY BOARD,
SETTING FORTH ITS POWERS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Councilman Heraty moved to reconsider Resolution No.
11-75. The motion was seconded by Councilman Greeley
and all present voted aye.
Councilman Heraty moved to amend Resolution No.
ll-75 as follows: That we substitute the word
three for the word two, and substitute the word two
for the word one in Section 2. The motion was
seconded by Councilman Greeley and all present
voted aye.
On motion of Councilman Greeley, seconded by Councilman

that we authorize the Village Manager and the NPBCC
Village Attorney to look into a bond issue to finance
a cart shod with bag storage, carts, renovation of the
parking lots, and possible remodeling of the locker
rooms.
There being no further business to come before the ADJOURNMENT
Council, on motion of Councilman Heraty, seconded by
Vice Mayor.Love, all present voting aye, the meeting
was adjourned at 10:20 p.m.
