AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 34 OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH CODE, IT BEING THE SIGN CODE
OF THE VILLAGE, BY EXTENDING THE TIME FOR RE-
MOVAL OF NON-CONFORMING SIGNS IN THE C=A ZONING
DISTRICT
was placed on first reading and read in full.
On motion of Councilman-Greeley, seconded by Councilman RES. 76-74
Heraty, all present voting aye, proposed Resolution No. ADOPTED
76-74 entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF'NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, SUPPORTING THE EXPANSIbN OF-THE _
PALM BEACH GARDENS COMMUNITY HOSPITAL FR~I 105
BEDS TO 240 BEDS, TOGETHER WITH THE ADDITION OF
EMERGENCY ROOM FACILITIES
was read in full and adopted as read as Resolution No.
76-74.
On motion of Councilman Greeley, seconded b-y Councilman VILLAGE MGR.
Heraty - 4 to 1, with Vice Mayor Love opposed - that the AUTHORIZED
Council authorize the Village Manager to prepare a grant T0_PREPARE
application for the Emergency Medical Rescue Unit, and GRANT APPLICA-
that bidding of equipment and employment of ',personnel TION FOR EMER-
