Mayor Colbath called the Regular-Meeting toy order of RO~,L CALL
8:08 p.m. All members of the Council were present
except Councilman Heraty, who arrived at 8:15 p.m.
Vice Mayor Love gave the invocation-and Councilman INVOCATION &
Greeley led the Council and the public in the-Pledge PLEDGE OF
of Allegiance to the Flag. ALLEGIANCE
On motion of Vice Mayor Love, seconded by Councilman APPROVAL OF
Greeley, all present voting aye, the minutes of MINUTES
Regular Meeting held Thursday, May 9,-1974 ware
approved as written.
On motion of Councilman Slater, seconded by; Councilman 6/6/74
Greeley, all present voting aye, that the Council WORKSHOP
Workshop Meeting scheduled for June 6; 1974, be moved MEETING MOVED
to May 30, 1974. TO 5/30/74
On motion of Councilman Slater, seconded by: Councilman ACCEPTANCE

second reading and read by title only. The motion was
seconded- by Councilman Greeley and passed 4 to 1, with
Councilman Slater opposed.-

Councilman Heraty moved that Bill No. 201 be amended. as
follows: That Item 6 be amended to read "P~titions and
Communications"; Item 7 to read "Statements; from the
Public"; and Item 8 to read "Reports of Special Committees
and Recommendations of Advisory Boards". The motion was
seconded, by Councilman Greeley and all present voted
aye.

AMENDED
Councilman Greeley moved to amend the previous motion PREVIOUS
to amend the main motion as follows: That "Statements MOTION
from the Public" appear immediately after Item 5, AMENDED
"Report of Mayor". The motion was seconded; by Council--,
man Slater and all present voted aye.
Thereafter Council voted on the main motion. which passed
unanimously. Therefore, Bill No. 201 was adopted as
amended as Ordinance No. 6-74.
