As requested by the Village Council at ;the
workshop meeting of August 2,11973, I am --
committing my statement to writing. _-
As a partner of D~°cA ( the present
majority land owner of the Harbour Vievi Cond-
ominium) and as President of the Harbo~{r View
Condominium Assoc., I am willSng to accept a
change in the zoning from C-lito R-3 orb lot 20,
providing that lots 21 & 22 (directly viest of
lot,20) are also changed to R3,. We wil not
accept a zoning change on loti20 witho~it the
adja~~nt lots being changed exactly the same.
Good business practice and the. fact that I do
not expect to hold my present~position'of decision
making for long requires me to-limit this offer
till December 31, 1973. After that time you will
have to approach the Association agaln'if you
wish to change the zoning. j.
Sincerely,
