Mayor Privett called the Regular Meeting to order at
9:25 p.m. All members of the Council were present.
Mayor Privett gave the invocation and Councilman
Martin led the Council and the public in the Pledge
of Allegiance to the Flag.
On motion of Vice Mayor Cadby, seconded by~Councilman
Martin, all present voting aye, the minutes of Regular
Meeting held Thursday, August 23, 1973, and the minutes
of Special Meeting held Thursday, September 6, 1973
were approved as written.
On motion of Vice Mayor Cadby, seconded by 'Councilman
Colbath, all present voting aye, the following minutes
were accepted by the Council:

Bill No. 185 was adopted as Ordinance No. 10-73.
Upon adoption, Ordinance No. 10-73 was signed by --
Mayor Privett and attested by the Village Clerk
and, therefore, became effective immediately.

In conclusion, I would respectfully advise the village to rescind

the building moratorium ordinance. :',I truly think the time of its
usefulness and validity has now passed.

lage fathers for the forthright and courageous action they took
and sustained in the beginning of this: year when the sewage prob-
lem was manifest.
