Dear Sirs,
Fer your request at the Workshop Session of-PSov.
I, 1973, I polled the .Board of "Governors re: there- -. -.-
quest of tYie P'orth Shore Bocsters Club;lio use the
Dlmnber four hole of the Country Club fora fund--raising -•-~ -
project. ~
1'he consensus is that the BcosterChab re- - _
quest be granted.. Hotaever, the Board concurred-that,
in order r..ot to set. ar_y precedent, eacYi 'request. - _
of such r_ature be reviewed on'it's merit. -~
Collectively; Plorth Palm Beaach ~*o~ngsters
attend Suncoast, Plorth Shore, Palm Beaoh wardens;
as tirell as Cardinal iierrman I'i,xh Schools. Ir- ad.diticn, ~-
there is the iiio'rth-Palm '3each Youth Ac.~ivities Group
seekixim to raise funds. Since use of facilities. `
for golf and swim team ,rr~ctioe or eve its is sub-
ject to Council approval, one member felt that the _
Council should <Yuprove no more than one Fund-raising
event per major school or organizati~n~por`year, -
and this 'only of ter specific reouest~2nd 'review of y
the Council.
Sincerely Yours,
Chairman, 1?card. of -
