PUBLIC NOTICE
THE CITIZENS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH AND ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE
HEREBY ADVISED TO TAKE NOTICE THAT THE
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH
WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER APPROVAL
AND ISSUANCE OF A SPECIAL PERMIT FOR SIMILAR USES
WITHIN A ZONING DISTRICT FOR COD & CAPERS SEAFOOD,
1201 U.S. HIGHWAY ONE, NORTH PALM BEACH, FL.
The public hearing will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. at
North Palm Beach Village Hall, 501 U.S. Highway One, North Palm Beach,
Florida. All members of the public are invited to appear at the public hearing,
which may be continued from time to time, and be heard with respect to this matter.
A copy of the application is on file at the Village Clerk's Office and located on the
Village's website with the September 16, 2010 Agenda backup for inspection by
members of the public.
If a person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at the
subject meeting, he or she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made,
which record shall include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based
(F.S. 286.0105). In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person who may
require special accommodation to participate in this meeting should contact the Village Clerk's
Office at 841 -3355 at least 72 hours prior the meeting date.
