Mayor Bell called. the public hearing 'to order at 7:57
p.m. and asked_t_h_e Clerk t_o mall the roll, all members
being present: _
Clerk read legal notice of public hearing which was
published in the Palm Beach Post on February 17, 1971
and posted as required by Village-Charter.
Clerk read Bill No. 118 entitled:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM ZONING
DISTRICT R-1 TO ZONING DISTRICT R-C-l. AND DIRECTING
THE CLERK TO UPDATE THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
by title only.
Mayor Bell stated that the purpose of this public hearing
was to hear the pros and cons concerning Bill No. 115.
'Yhe Chair asked if there were any comments from the
Council or the public on Bill 118 and there were nene.
There being no further business to come before the
Council at this public hearing, on motion of Councilman
Cadby, seconded by Councilman Watt, all present voting
aye, the public hearing was adjourned at 8:01 p.m.
