Absent: Thomas R. Bell, Vice-Mayor
Mayor Lewis reconvened the Public Hearing at 7:35 p.m. ROLL CALL
and asked the Clerk to call the roll, all members being
present except Vice-Mayor Be11.
This Public Hearing was recessed on June 5, 1969 due
to lack o:E a quorum.
Village Clerk read legal notice of Public Hearing which _ LEGAL NOTICE
was published in the Post-Times on May 21, 1969 and READ
posted as required by the Village Charter.
Mayor Lewis stated that the purpose of the Public Hear- PURPOSE OF
ing was to consider the pros and cons concerning the. PUBLIC HEARING
abolishment of any carnivals, fairs, amusement parks
and circuses from all residential and commercial zoning
districts of the Village of North Palm .Beach.
There was no opposition expressed to Bill No. 67.
On motion of Councilman Watt, seconded by Councilman ADJOURNMENT
Privett, all present voting aye, the Public Hearing
was adjourned at 7:42 p.m.
