MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING __
OF THE
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA

THURSDAY, JUNE 12, 1969
Present: Thomas F. Lewis, Mayor
Allan V. Everard, Councilman
H. Mallory Privett, Jr., Councilman
Herbert A. Watt, Councilman
Dolores R. Walker, Village Clerk
Absent: Thomas R. Bell, Vice-Mayor

Mayor Lewis reconvened the Public Hearing at 7:04 p.m. -ROLL CALL
and asked the Clerk to call the roll, all members being
present except Vice-Mayor Bell.
This Public Hearing was recessed on June 5, 1969 due-
to lack of a quorum. -
Mayor-Lewis stated that the purpose of the Public PURPOSE OF
Hearing was to consider amendment of Ordinance No. PUBLIC HEARING
20 by amending various definitions, building height
regulations and parking regulations.
Village Clerk read legal notice of Public Hearing
which was published in the Post-Times on May 21, 1969
and posted as required by the Village Charter.
Village Clerk read Bill No. 66 in full, an_d no
opposition was expressed to this bill.
Village-.Clerk read letter addressed to Council from
John F. Law, Jr., dated April 17, 1969, re 1~roposed
North Palm Beach Medical Arts Building.
On motion of Councilman Watt, seconded by Councilman
Privett, all present voting aye, the Public Hearing
was adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
