A. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC, PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS
Members of the public may address the Council concerning items on the Consent Agenda or any
non - agenda item under Statements from the Public. Time Limit: 3 minutes
Members of the public who wish to speak on any item listed on the Regular Session or Workshop Session
Agenda will be called on when the issue comes up for discussion. Time Limit: 3 minutes
Anyone wishing to speak should complete a Public Comment Card (on the table at back of Council Chambers)
and submit it to the Village Clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting.

1. 2ND READING OF ORDINANCE 2015 -13 — CODE AMENDMENT — SPECIAL EXCEPTION
USES FOR COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS Consider a motion to adopt and enact on second
reading Ordinance 2015 -13 amending Appendix C, "Zoning," of the Village Code of Ordinances
to adopt procedures and standards for review of applications for special exception use
approval within the Village's zoning districts.

D. CONSENT AGENDA The Consent Agenda is for the purpose of expediting issues of a routine or
pro -forma nature. Councilmen may remove any item from the Consent Agenda, which would automatically
convey that item to the Regular Agenda for separate discussion and vote.

E. OTHER VILLAGE BUSINESS MATTERS
1. RESOLUTION — TENTATIVE MILLAGE RATE Consider a motion to adopt a proposed
resolution adopting a tentative millage rate of 7.57 mils for fiscal year 2015 -2016 and
establishing the date and time of the first hearing on the tentative budget and proposed
millage rate.
ACTION
2. RESOLUTION — LPR CAMERA & TRAILER PURCHASE Consider a motion to adopt a
proposed resolution approving the sole source purchase of two license plate recognition
cameras and processor and two mobile speed trailers from NDI Recognition Systems,
including one year of annual support, at a total cost of $74,000.00, and authorizing
a budget amendment to transfer funds for this expenditure.
