MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING

VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
HELD
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 1968

Mayor Lewis called the Public Hearing to order at 7:33 .ROLL CALL
p.m. and asked the Village Clerk to call the roll, all
members being present except Councilman Clark, who was
excused due to personal business.
Mayor Lewis stated that the purpose of the Public PURPOSE OF
Hearing is to consider R-2-A zoning of property north PUBLIC HEARING
of the North Palm Beach Country Club.
Village Clerk read legal notice of this Public Hearing LEGAL NOTICE
which was dated September 9, 1968 and published in the READ
Palm Beach Post September 11, 1968.
No opposition was expressed to the proposed R-2-A
zoning.
A Special Meeting was scheduled for Tuesday, October SPECIAL
1, 1968 at 7:45 p.m. to place Bi11 No. 56 on second MEETING
reading and to consider it for adoption. SCHEDULED
FOR BILL N0.

On motion of Councilman Watt, seconded by Vice- ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Bell, all present voting aye, the Public
Hearing was adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
