Mayor Lewis called the meeting to order a.t 8:05 p.m. and asked the ROLL CALL

On motion of Vice-Mayor Bell, seconded by Councilman Watt, a.ll 10/11/67 MINUTES
present voting a.ye, the minutes of a. Special Meeting of-the OF PLANNING &
Planning and Zoning Advisory Board held Wednesday, October 11, ZONING AD. BD.
1967 were accepted by Council.. MEETING ACCEPTED

READING & READ BY
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA TITLE ONLY
LEVYING A TAX ON REAL PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CORPORATE
LIMITS OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH FOR THE YEAR
ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1967, FIXING THE TOTAL VALUATION THEREON
AND THE TAX MILEAGE RATE THEREON FOR SAID YEAR; ADOPTING
A FISCAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR NOVEMBER 1, 1967 TO
OCTOBER 31, 1968, INCLUSIVE, FOR THE GENERAL GOVERNMENT
AND DEBT SERVICE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH AND
FOR THE PARTICULAR USE OF NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB;
APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR EXPENDITURES AND REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT WITH THIS ORDINANCE

On motion of Councilman Clark, seconded by Councilman Watt, all COUNCIL ACCEPTED
present voting a,ye, Council accepted low bid from Heywood Mercer BID FROM HEYWOOD
Plymouth, Inc. fm the purchase of two police cars in the total MERCER PLYMOUTH,
amount of $4,100.00. INC. FOR 2 POLICE
CARS
There being no further business to come before the Council, on ADJOURNMENT
motion of Councilman Watt, seconded by Councilman Clark, all
present voting a.ye, the meeting wa.s adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
