J n -J MINUTE;i OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA HELD TUESD,~Y, MARCH 28, 1967 Present: Thomas F. Lewis, Mayor Thomas R. Bell, Vice-Mayor A11an V. Everard, Councilman Herbert A. Watt, Councilman Joe J. Ea.ssa., Jr., Village Clerk and Village Manager Dolores R. Walker, Vi1la.ge Manager`s Secretary Herbert L. Gildan, Village Attorney Absent: David C. C1a.rk, Councilman Mayor Lewis called the meeting to order a.t 10:40 p.m. and asked ROLL CALL the Village Clerk to call the roll, all members being present except Councilman Clark. On motion of Councilman Watt, seconded by Councilman Everard, a.ll present 3/1~F/67 MINUTES voting a.ye, the minutes of the Regular Meeting held Tuesday, March 14, APPROVED 1967 were approved as written. On motion of Councilman Watt, seconded by Councilman Everard, all present voting a.ye, the minutes of the Special Meeting held Wednesday, March 22, 1967 were approved as read. On motion of Vice-Mayor Bell, second.=_d by Councilman Everard, all present voting a.ye, Councilman Watt was appointed as Village representative to Palm Beach County Health and Welfare Planning Council. Council received minutes of Planning and Zoning Advisory Board dated March 8, 1967. On motion of Vice-Mayor Bell, second.=_d by Councilman Watt, all present voting a.ye, Bill No. 17 entitled: 3/22/67 MINUTES APPROVED WATT APPOINTED VILLAGE REARESEN- TATIVE TO P. B. COUNTY' HEALTH & WELFARE PLANNING COUNCIL 3/8/67 MINUTES OF PLANNING & ZONING AD. BD. BILL N0. 17 PLACED ON 2ND READING AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF IJORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 121-65, THE OFFENSES ORDINANCE, BY CHANGING THE NOTICE REQUIRED TO PERSONS WHOSE PROPERTY. HAS WEEDS THEREON IN EXCESS OF EIGHTEEN INCHES IN HEIGHT BY PROVIDING FOR ANNUAL NOTICE ONLY, AND PROVIDING EX- CEPTIONS THERETO J was placed on second reading and read by title only. N0. 144-67 A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUIJCIL, NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBER TO THE PLANNIIG AND ZONING ADVISORY BOARD, AND PROVIDING FOR A RETROACTIVE EFFECT TO THIS RESOLUTION was read in full and adopted as read as Resolution No. 302-67. On motion of Councilman Watt, seconded by Vice-Mayor Bell, all present voting a.ye, Council accepted Debt Service Account Statement of Cash Receipts and Disbursements, General :E~uid, Balance Sheet and Operating Statement - General Fund, each for period ending November 30, 1966, December 31, 1966 and January 31, 1967. Contingent Account to offset the total cost of the Village Tencennia.l. TO OFFSET TOTAL COST $2,735.50 unanticipated revenues from the Tencennia.l will be applied OF TENCENNIAL ' in the budget to unanticipated revenues, thereby showing a. net ex- penditure of $4,711.36 for the overall Tencennial expense.
