• Mayor Lewis called the meeting to order a.t 8:10 p.m. and asked ROLL CALL -
the Village Clerk to call the roll, all members being present.
On motion of Councilman Clark, seconded by Vice-Mayor Bell, all 12/2766 MINUTES-
present voting aye, minutes of the Regular Meeting held Tuesday, APPROVED
December 27, 1966 were approved as written.
Mayor Tom Lewis read the Proclamation in connection with the Ten- TENCENNTAr• CELE-
cennial Celebration which is scheduled for January 13, 14 and 15, BRATION PROCLAMATION

HOURLY RATE OF PAY FOR THE WATER MAN AT THE NORTH PALM
BEACH COUNTRY CLUB

On motion of Councilman Clark, seconded by Councilman Watt, all
present voting a.ye, Village Manager wa.s authorized to purchase one
1/2 -ton Pickup Cab and Chassis with 6-1/2 ft. Utility Body - 1967
Model - from Benz Chevrolet, Lake Worth, Florida., in the total amount
of $1, 71F7.58.
On motion of Councilman Clark, seconded by Councilman Watt, all
present voting a.ye, Vi1la.ge Manager was authorized to purchase
one 1/2 Ton Pickup Cab and Chassis with a.pproxima.tely 6-1/2-9 Ft.
Stake Body - 1967 Model - from Benz Chevrolet, Lake Worth, Florida.,
in the total amount of $1,572.58.
On motion of Councilman Clark, seconded by Councilman Watt, all
present voting aye, Council rejected all bids in connection with
one 1-1/2 Ton Cab and Chassis, approximately 194 Inch Wheel Base
Equipped with 16 Ft. Scow Body, Hydraulically Dumped`- 1967
Model. Village Manager wa.s further instructed to rea.dvertise for
bids for this piece of equipment and specify Friday, January 20~
1967 a.t 10:00 a.. m. a.s bid opening date.
Village Manager Ea.ssa. advised Council that the 1966-67 budget
would be in the hands of the printer on Wednesday, January 11,
1967.
Vi1la.ge Manager Ea.ssa expressed thanks to all the Village Staff
who have performed such fine work in connection with the forth-
coming Tencennial Celebration. Mayor Tom Lewis echoed the same
thanks.
