Mayor Lewis called the meeting to order a.t 8:10 p.m. and asked the
. Village Clerk to call the roll, all members being present.
On motion of Councilman Clark, seconded by Vice-Mayor Bell, all
present voting aye, the minutes of the Regular Meeting held February
14, 1967 were approved as written.
Council received letter from Arnold F. Noble dated February 17, 1967.
Mayor Lewis read letter authored by him, dated February 23, 1967, to
Herbert Kohl, Director of Public Safety, congra.tula.ting him and the
members of his department for the award received from the Exchange
Club of North Palm Beach County.
Council received letter dated February 14, 1967 from County En-
gineer, George R. Frost, directed to Mr. Ted Lund of Fort La.uderda.le,
Florida. re Alamanda. Drive Extension.
On motion of Vice-Mayor Bell, seconded by Councilman Watt, all present
voting a.ye, Bill No. 15 entitled:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
ASSESSING AND IMPOSING A ONE (1) PER CENT EXCISE TAX ON
PROPERTY INSURANCE PREMIUMS FOR PAYMENT TO MUNICIPAL
FIR~4EN'S PENSION TRUST FUND
was placed on second reading and read by title only.
On motion of Vice-Mayor Be11, seconded by Councilman Watt, all present
voting aye, Bill No. 15 was adopted as read as Ordinance No. 142-67.
• On motion of Councilman Watt, seconded by Vice-Mayor Bell, all

lights on Teal Wa.y have been out since last August, and that WOODARD, 724 TEAL _-
particularly a.t Westwind and Teal Way, lights a.re needed badly. WAY _

Council informed Mr. Woodard that they would check into this matter _ _
and take whatever steps are necessary for rectification. -
With no further business to come before the Council, on motion of ADJOURNMENT
