Gildan, Village Attorney Mayor Lewis called the meeting to order at 8:25 p.m. and asked ROLL CALL : the Village Clerk to call the roll, all members being present ___ except Vice-Mayor Bell, Councilman Everard and Village Attorney Gildan. - Mayor Lewis stated that the prime purpose of the Tax Equalization PURPOSE OF BOARD Board is to equalize tax assessments for those persons who felt they ware not fairly assessed. On motion of Councilman Watt, seconded by Councilman C1a.rk, all LOT 7, BLOCK 26, __ present voting a.ye, the assessed valuation o£ Lot 7, Block 26, PLAT 2 ASSESSMENT . Plat 2 (Martin Pike) remained as originally assessed ($6,300) REMAINED AT $6,300 as recorrmiended by Hunnicutt & Associates, Inc. On motion of Councilman Watt, seconded by Councilman C1a.rk, all LOTS 1, 2 & 3, ' present voting aye, the assessment of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 30, BLOCK 30, PLAT 3 , Plat 3 (Theodore Benda.) in the amount of $351,810 will be re- ASSESSMENT TO BE viewed by Hunnicutt & Associates, Inc. and we will notify Mr. REVIEWED BY H[INNICUTT Benda. by mail. _ Mr. John Ramsey, Lot 28, Block 46, Plat 6, withdrew his plea.
