Members of the public may address the Council concerning items on the Consent Agenda or any
non - agenda item under Statements from the Public. Time Limit: 3 minutes
Members of the public who wish to speak on any item listed on the Regular Session or Workshop Session
Agenda will be called on when the issue comes up for discussion. Time Limit: 3 minutes
Anyone wishing to speak should complete a Public Comment Card (on the table at back of Council Chambers)
and submit it to the Village Clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting.

1. 1ST READING OF ORDINANCE 2015 -03 — CODE AMENDMENT — PEDDLERS AND
SOLICITORS Consider a motion to adopt on first reading Ordinance 2015 -03 amending
Chapter 17, "Licenses and Miscellaneous Business Regulations" of the Village Code of
Ordinances to provide regulations for peddlers and solicitors.

RESOLUTION — LASERFICHE AVANTE SOFTWARE PURCHASE Consider a motion to
adopt a proposed resolution approving the sole source purchase of Laserfiche Avante
software from MCCi at a total cost of $61,797.20.

2. RESOLUTION — SECOND AMENDMENT TO GRANT SERVICES AGREEMENT Consider
a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving the Second Amendment to Agreement
for Grant Services with RMPK Funding, Inc., and authorizing execution of the Amendment.
