Mayor Tom Lewis called the meeting to order at 7:45 p.m. BOARD
'and declared the Council to convene as the Village Tax C~ONiTENED
Equalizing Board for the purpose of hearing complaints of .---
inequities in the 1965 Tax Assessment Roll. The Mayor in-
formed the public that proceedings of-the meetings were to .
be recorded on tape.
