B. DECLARATION OF EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS C. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND QUASI - JUDICIAL MATTERS 1. PUBLIC HEARING AND 1ST READING OF ORDINANCE 2015 -02 — COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TEXT AMENDMENT FOR MIXED -USE ASSISTED LIVING FACILITIES Consider a motion to adopt on first reading Ordinance 2015 -02 adopting Comprehensive Plan Text Amendment 14 -1 amending the Future Land Use Element to provide for mixed -use assisted living facilities within commercial planned unit developments. Councilmen may remove any item from the Consent Agenda, which would automatically convey that item to the Regular Agenda for separate discussion and vote. 1. Resolution approving sole source purchase of Globe bunker gear from Bennet Fire Products Company, Inc. at a total cost of $13,927.56 2. OTHER VILLAGE BUSINESS MATTERS RESOLUTION — SECOND AMENDMENT TO JANITORIAL SERVICES CONTRACT Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving a Second Amendment to the Contract for Janitorial Services of Village Facilities with Image Janitorial Services, Inc. to modify the scope of services and annual compensation and to extend the term; and authorizing execution of the amendment. ACTION 2. RESOLUTION — FRONT -LOAD SANITATION COLLECTION DUMPSTERS PURCHASE Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving 217 front -load sanitation collection dumpsters from Iron Container, LLC, and authorizing purchase of related equipment; and authorizing a budget amendment in the amount of $118,200 to fund the purchase. ACTION 3. MOTION — PARTIAL RELEASE OF LIEN Consider a motion to approve the execution of a Partial Release of Lien to release property located within the City of Lake Worth from the lien imposed by the Village's Code Enforcement Special Magistrate for violations formerly existing at 620 Eastwind Drive.
