APRIL 20, 1965

Absent: Allan Everard, Councilman
Mayor Lewis called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. and asked the Clerk ROLL CALL
to call the roll, all members being present except Councilman Everard.
The Mayor stated the purpose of the special meeting was to determine if DOOLEN
H-G Builders, Inc. had complied with all legal and engineering require- COIIRT
ments relating to the re lat of Lots 146 to 151, inclusive, Palm-Beach RBPLAT
Lake Worth Estates Plat p(otherwise known as Doolen Court). Howard Searcy,
of K. C. Mock and Associates, Village Engineers, stated that the company
did comply with all Village ordinances. On motion of Vice-Mayor Bell,
seconded by Councilman Watt, all members voting aye, Resolution No. 237-65,
entitled
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
TAE VILLAGE MANAGER AND THE VILLAGE CLERK TO SIGN A
CERTAIN PLAT
was adopted.
Mr. Roger Boyer, representing the Riviera Beach Jaycees, presented a JAYCEES
check in the amount of X224 to the Council, this amount representing DONATE
the proceeds of the sale of trading stamps which the Jaycees had collected X224
in the Village last year. This money would be applied toward the cost
of the sprinkler system piping installed at the Little League ballfield.
Mayor Lewis, on behalf of the CowZCi1, expressed appreciation of the
Jaycees' efforts and their donations, and instructed the Village Manager
to send a letter of thanks to them.
On motion of Councilman Watt, seconded by Vice-Mayor Bell, all members ADJOURI~ENT
voting aye, the meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
