Dear Steve:
I understand that you have spoken to Debbie Northsea concerning the Renaissance Place Site Data
and that she has by now probably faxed you a revised site data sheet. Nevertheless, I am enclosing
herewith her revised Renaissance Place Site Data sheet comparing the old plan to the new plan. As
you can see,. the lot coverage for the buildings has been reduced from approximately 38% to 34.9 %.
This was primarily accomplished by reducing the total number of units from 16 units to 15 units.
