Time Limit: 3 minutes Members of the public who wish to speak on any item listed on the Regular Session or Workshop Session Agenda will be called on when the issue comes up for discussion. Time Limit: 3 minutes Anyone wishing to speak should complete a Public Comment Card (on the table at back of Council Chambers) and submit it to the Village Clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting. CONSENT AGENDA The Consent Agenda is for the purpose of expediting issues of a routine or pro -forma nature. OTHER VILLAGE BUSINESS MATTERS Page 2 of 3 RESOLUTION — MOTORCYCLE LEASE AGREEMENT Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving a lease agreement with Rossmeyer Daytona Motorcycles, Inc. for two 2015 Road King police motorcycles; and authorizing execution of the agreement. ACTION 2. RESOLUTION — PUBLIC WORKS COMMUNICATIONS RADIO SYSTEM Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving the purchase of a communications radio system for the Public Works Department from Car -Comm, Inc. pursuant to School District of Palm Beach County Term Contract No. 11 C -42S at a cost not to exceed $34,331.85. ACTION 3. RESOLUTION — COMMUNITY CENTER HVAC BID AWARD Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution accepting the bid of Thermo Air, Inc. for the removal of existing equipment and installation of two 15 -ton packaged unitary cooling RTU's at the Community Center at a total cost not to exceed $26,944; authorizing execution of the Contract, and approving a budget amendment to fund the expenditure. ACTION 4. RESOLUTION — LIBRARY HVAC BID AWARD Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution accepting the bid of Complete Environmental Solutions, LLC for the replacement of two 5 -ton split system air conditioning units at the Village Library at a total cost not to exceed $8,938; authorizing execution of the Contract, and approving a budget amendment to fund the expenditure. ACTION 5. RESOLUTION — RIGHT -OF- WAY -ASSET DATA COLLECTION AND ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SERVICES Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving a Contract with Data Transfer Solutions, LLC for the collection of right -of -way asset data and the development of an asset management system at a cost not to exceed $37,400; and authorizing execution of the Contract. ACTION 6. RESOLUTION — NORTHLAKE BOULEVARD OVERLAY ZONING WAIVERS Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution assigning the Planning Commission the duty and authority to hear and grant waivers from the Northlake Boulevard Overlay Zoning District (NBOZ) landscaping requirements.
