The proposed ordinance does not contain lot coverage or building setbacks as discussed at a
recent Council meeting.
Attached is suggested additional language for inclusion in C -2 Zoning District, which is the same
as that contained in the CC Zoning District.

E. Builcfing site area regulations:
1, Maximum lot coverage. Main and accessory buildings shall
cover no more than thirty -five (35) percent of the total lot area.
F. Yards.
1. Front yards. All buildings shall be constructed 4a0"r 44e-

back from the right- of-way of streets which intersect with Alternate
A-1 -A or Prosperity Farms Road providing a yard of not less than
twenty -five (25) feet.

3. Rear yards. All buildings shall be set back from rear lot lines so
