02-2014 Newsletter“The Best Place to Live Under the Sun” FEBRUARY 2014FEBRUARY 2014 i|ÄÄtzx Éy aÉÜà{ ctÄÅ Uxtv{i|ÄÄtzx Éy aÉÜà{ ctÄÅ Uxtv{ Pg. 2—Village Manager Village Manager / A Message from the Village Manager As you know, we have been conducting a market analysis to determine resident opinions regarding service, facilities, programs, and amenities that the Village offers. We have hosted four focus groups consisting of four different slices of our population. The information from those focus groups was then incorporated into a telephone questionnaire that we used to interview 400 residents. All of the information from the focus groups and the telephone interviews has been analyzed and assembled into a report that was presented to Council in late January. The recommendations that emanate from this analysis will be the basis for future projects, programmatic changes, and changes in service delivery that we provide to our residents. Much of that information will also be incorporated in our strategic plan to help the Village forge strategies months and years into the future. I want to thank all of you who participated in the focus groups and telephone survey. Your input is vital and we appreciate not only the positive comments but the constructive criticisms as well. We will use this information to make the Village even better. 561-841-3380 Resident Jim Abernathy submitted the following photograph of the North Palm Beach Country Club pool at sunrise.
