Dear Ms. Frazell:
Per our conversation today, we have researched our files and have been unable to locate a
copy of that certain Village Ordinance requiring the maintenance of views of Prosperity
Harbor from Prosperity Farms Road. However, WCI Communities, Inc. did agree that the
view would be preserved and the height of the landscaping along the fence line in the area of
the canal would be limited (to approximately 3 feet) in accordance with the approved P.U.D.
