AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, REZONING A PARCEL OF LAND KNOWN AS
LOTS 14 AND 15, KELSEY ACRES AND LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST
CORNER OF RICHARD ROAD AND ALTERNATE AlA WITHIN THE
VILLAGE AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A"
ATTACHED FROM PALM BEACH COUNTY ZONING DISTRICT RS,
RESIDENTIAL SINGLE FAMILY, TO CC TRANSITIONAL COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR THE
REPEAL OF ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCII. OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council ofthe Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, does
hereby rezone a pazcel of land known as lots 14 and 15, Kelsey Acres, located at the Southeast corner
of Richard Road and Alternate AIA, within the Village, from Palm Beach County Zoning District
RS, Residential Single Family, to CC Transitional Commercial Zoning District of the Village of North
Palm Beach.
~t14p 2 If any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or word of this
Ordinance is for any reason held by a Court to be unconstitutional, inoperative or void, such holding
shall not affect the remainder of this Ordinance.
Section 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon the Village of North Palm Beach
• adopting a comprehensive plan amendment that includes the real property described in Exhibit "A"
attached.
