Members of the public may address the Council concerning items on the Consent Agenda or any
non - agenda item under Statements from the Public. Time Limit: 3 minutes
Members of the public who wish to speak on any item listed on the Regular Session or Workshop Session
Agenda will be called on when the issue comes up for discussion. Time Limit: 3 minutes
Anyone wishing to speak should complete a Public Comment Card (on the table at back of Council Chambers)
and submit it to the Village Clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting.

1. PUBLIC HEARING AND SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE 2013 -08 — FIVE -YEAR
SCHEDULE OF IMPROVEMENTS UPDATE 13 -1 Consider a motion to adopt and enact on
second reading Ordinance 2013 -08, a proposed ordinance updating the Five -Year Schedule
of Improvements as set forth in the Capital Improvements Element (CIE) of the Village's
Comprehensive Plan.

2. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE 2013 -09 — COMMERCIAL TEMPORARY SIGNAGE
Consider a motion to adopt on first reading Ordinance 2013 -09, a proposed ordinance
amending Section 6 -114, "Permitted temporary signs" of Article V, "Signs and Outdoor Displays"
of the Code of Ordinances to implement additional requirements related to temporary signs.
ACTION
D. CONSENT AGENDA The Consent Agenda is for the purpose of expediting issues of a routine or
pro -forma nature. Councilmen may remove any item from the Consent Agenda, which would automatically
convey that item to the Regular Agenda for separate discussion and vote.
Resolution 2013 -25 repealing Resolution 2013 -20 and nullifying the transfer of $35,945
from the Country Club Golf Course Maintenance Account
2. Receive for file Minutes of the Recreation Advisory Board meeting held 4/9/13

E. OTHER VILLAGE BUSINESS MATTERS
RESOLUTION — BANKING SERVICES AGREEMENT Consider a motion to adopt a
proposed resolution accepting the proposal from Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. for major banking
services and authorizing the Village Manager to execute the necessary agreements.
ACTION
2. RESOLUTION — BALL FIELD GROOMER PURCHASE Consider a motion to adopt a
proposed resolution approving the purchase of a Jacobsen Groom Master II ball field groomer
and related equipment from Golf Ventures at a total amount of $17,352; and authorizing a
budget amendment to transfer funds for this expenditure.
ACTION
3. RESOLUTION — TENNIS PRO SHOP LEASE AGREEMENT Consider a motion to adopt a
proposed resolution approving a Second Amendment to Lease Agreement to Conduct Tennis
Pro Shop Services at the North Palm Beach Tennis Center with Tennis and More, LLC; and
authorizing execution of the Amendment.
ACTION
4. RESOLUTION — ANCHORAGE PARK MODULE BUILDING DEMOLITION Consider a
motion to adopt a proposed resolution accepting the proposal of Devland Site, Inc. for the
demolition of the Anchorage Park Module Buildings at a total cost of $14,300; and authorizing
execution of the contract.

This agenda represents the tentative agenda for the scheduled meeting of the Village Council. Due to the nature of governmental duties
and responsibilities, the Village Council reserves the right to make additions to, or deletions from, the items contained in this agenda.
