AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDP., REZONING A PARCEL OF LAND COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE
SOUTHWEST NEIGHBORHOOD LOCATED SOUTH OF RICHARD ROAD, NORTH OF
NORTHLAKE BOULEVARD, WEST OF PROSPERITY FARMS ROAD AND BOTH EAST
AND WEST OF HIGHWAY AlA WITHIN THE VILLAGE AND MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
FROM VARIOUS PALM BEACH COUNTY ZONING DISTRICTS TO ZONING DISTRICTS
OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY;
PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
' Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North
Palm Beach, Florida, does hereby rezone a parcel of land commonly
known as the Southwest Neighborhood located south of Richard Road,
north of Northlake Boulevard, west of Prosperity Farms Road and
both east and west of Highway AlA within the Village and more
particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a
part hereof from various Palm Beach County Zoning Districts to
Zoning Districts of the Village of North Palm Beach as follows:

Section 2. If any section, paragraph, sentence, clause,
phrase or word of this Ordinance is for any reason held by a Court
to be unconstitutional, inoperative or void, such holding shall not
affect the remainder of this Ordinance.

Section 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
' conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon the
Village of North Palm Beach adopting a comprehensive plan amendment
that includes the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached.

A parcel of land lying in the Southwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 42 South, Range 43
East, Paim Beach County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter of Section 17; thence Northerly,
along the North-South quarter section line of said Section 17, a distance of 1748.3 feet, more
or less, to a point on the Easterly prolongation of the North line of Lot 29, according to the Plat
of Kelsey Acres, as recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 16, Public Records of Palm Beach
County, Florida; thence Westerly, along said prolongation and the North line of Lot 16 and
Lots 18 through 29, a distance of 1446.5 feet more or less, to a point on the Easterly right of
way line of State Road Alternate A-1-A, as recorded in Road Plat Book 6, Page 180, Public
Records of Palm Beach County, Florida; thence Southerly along said Easterly right of way
