1. SECOND READING AND ENACTMENT OF ORDINANCE 2012-11 —VILLAGE SHOPPES
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) AMENDMENT Consideration of a proposed
ordinance amending the Village Shoppes Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow for the
installation of monument signs, grant a waiver for one additional monument sign, and
provide a procedure for future minor modifications to the PUD.

receive comments and input from the Lake Park Town Commission on the proposed

3. ADJOURNMENT
