AMENDMENT 12-2–NORTH PALM BEACH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Consider a motion
to adopton first reading Ordinance 2012-05, a proposed ordinanceadopting small-scale
Comprehensive Plan Amendment 12-2amending the future land use element and map by
adopting Special Policy 5.19 to provide for a maximum 0.35 Floor-Area Ration for a 9.9 acre
parcel of land located at the Northwest corner of Anchorage Drive and Eastwind Drive
known as North Palm Beach Elementary School.

RESOLUTION –OLD PORT COVE SOUTH MARINA PUD AMENDMENT
1.Consider a
motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving a minor amendment to the Old Port Cove
South Marina Planned Unit Development to provide for the installation of three temporary
trailers during construction activities.

BEACH COUNTY FOR DIRECT CONNECT RADIO ACCESS
Consider a motion to adopt
a proposed resolution approving a First Amendment to Interlocal Agreement with Palm Beach
County for Village access to the County’s radio system.
