Members of the public may address the Council concerning items on the Consent Agenda or any
non-agenda item. Members of the public who wish to be heard concerning any item listed on the Regular
Session or Workshop Session Agenda may do so when the issue comes up for discussion. Those wishing
to speak must complete a Statement from the Public Card (located at back of Council Chambers) and
submit it to the Village Clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting. Time Limit: 3 minutes

RESOLUTION – TERMINATION OF CONTINUING CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL

ENGINEERING SERVICES (TABLED FROM 8/23/07)
Consider a motion to adopt a proposed
resolution terminating the Continuing Contract for Professional Engineering Services between
the Village and SFRN, Inc.
ACTION
RESOLUTION – LAKESIDE PARK SHELTER
2. Consider a motion to adopt a proposed
resolution accepting the bid submitted by JAW Construction, Inc. for construction of the
Lakeside Park Shelter and authorizing the Mayor and Village Clerk to execute the
agreement with JAW Construction, Inc.

RESOLUTION – LAKESIDE PARK PAVING PROJECT
3. Consider a motion to adopt a
proposed resolution approving a contract award to Charles S. Whiteside, Inc. for Lakeside
Park pathways and parking lot repaving and authorizing the Mayor and Village Clerk to
execute the contract with Charles S. Whiteside, Inc.
ACTION
RESOLUTION – GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE SERVICES
4. Consider a motion to
adopt a proposed resolution accepting the proposal submitted by International Golf
Maintenance for golf course maintenance services and authorizing negotiation and
execution of an agreement with International Golf Maintenance.
